The SI-CT-5V 3A 512CH / SI-ES-5V-3A 512CH is a high-capacity battery cell testing and formation platform designed for manufacturers handling massive cell volumes with strict consistency requirements. With 512 fully independent channels, the system enables simultaneous constant-current and constant-voltage charging, as well as controlled discharging, across all cells within the supported voltage range.
Each channel is equipped with its own isolated CC/CV power source, ensuring that no channel interferes with another. The system utilizes a four-wire Kelvin connection with soft-start control, enabling a seamless CC–CV transition without voltage or current spikes—effectively preventing peak damage and ensuring safe lithium-ion charging.
Built on a patented CC–CV power supply architecture, the equipment guarantees stable and impact-free switching, making it especially suitable for sensitive lithium battery formation processes. Through a reliable Ethernet-based communication interface, the system supports real-time data acquisition, remote operation, and workshop-level monitoring directly from the office network. This combination of precision, scalability, and remote accessibility makes the platform ideal for giga-scale battery cell production and quality assurance.
EV battery production, energy storage manufacturing, battery research labs, electronics assembly, and OEM-based fabrication units.
