Gantry Plasma Cleaning

Technical Excellence

The Gantry Plasma Cleaning Machine is an industrial plasma cleaning solution developed for lithium battery manufacturing applications. It is designed to clean battery pole surfaces and improve surface adhesion, helping prepare cell poles for subsequent manufacturing and joining processes.

The machine features a servo-driven XYZ gantry system that moves the plasma cleaning head to individual battery cell poles. During operation, the battery pack is manually positioned inside the machine, the gantry moves the cleaning head to the required locations, and the cleaned battery is manually removed after the process is completed.

With adjustable output power ranging from 400 W to 1200 W, an operating frequency of 18–40 kHz, and a maximum cleaning area of 800 × 600 mm, the SI-R GPC-1200W provides configurable cleaning parameters for suitable production requirements. Its industrial computer, 19-inch widescreen display, and four 400 W servo motors support machine operation and gantry movement.

The Semco Gantry Plasma Cleaning Machine is suitable for manufacturers seeking a dedicated plasma cleaning process for lithium battery poles. It can be integrated into battery production workflows where surface preparation and adhesion improvement are important process requirements.
