Batteries are manually installed into the hopper and collected in ten manual receiving gears. The test station handles one battery at a time, while the code scanning station reads each battery individually. Sorting is performed using a stepper motor that moves batteries grid by grid, with a cylinder pushing each battery into the receiving gear. Controlled by a Panasonic PLC and industrial computer, the system offers reliable performance, easy operation, and consistent quality.
