This equipment is designed for precise testing and sorting of individual batteries with a combination of manual and automated operations. Batteries are manually installed into the hopper and received manually in ten gears, allowing flexible handling. The test station processes one battery at a time, while the code scanning station reads each battery individually. The sorting system uses a stepper motor to move batteries grid by grid, with a cylinder pushing each battery into the receiving gear. Controlled by a Panasonic PLC and an industrial computer, the system ensures reliable operation, easy control, and consistent battery quality.
EV battery production, energy storage manufacturing, battery research labs, electronics assembly, and OEM-based fabrication units.
