Manual-Feed Single-Cell Battery Testing & Sorting Equipment

This equipment is designed for precise testing and sorting of individual batteries. Batteries are manually loaded into the feeding hopper and collected via a 5-level manual receiving system. The test station processes one battery at a time. Sorting is achieved using a cylinder push combined with motor rotation for accurate placement. Controlled by a Semco PLC and an MCGS touch screen, the system ensures reliable operation, easy control, and consistent battery quality, making it ideal for industrial battery production lines.
