The Regenerative Battery Tester (20V–600V, up to 50A) is a high-performance testing platform designed for demanding battery validation environments where precision, power density, and energy efficiency are critical. With up to 30 kW per channel and 60 kW total output, it supports comprehensive charge–discharge, cycle life, aging, and dynamic profile testing for high-voltage battery packs and modules. Built on an IGBT-based power control architecture and powered by an industrial AC 380V three-phase input, the system delivers excellent grid compatibility with a power factor ≥99% and THDi ≤5%. Its regenerative design feeds discharge energy back to the grid, achieving up to 94% system efficiency while keeping heat and noise low. Ultra-fast current response and fine step control make it ideal for real-world driving simulations, load profiles, and high-accuracy battery performance characterization in R&D labs and production validation lines.
