This equipment is designed for semi-automated battery sticker application. Batteries are manually loaded into the feeding hopper and collected manually after processing, allowing flexible operation for small to medium-scale production. The sticker station can apply labels to four batteries simultaneously, using a cylinder-driven knife mechanism to accurately paste barley paper labels. Controlled by a Panasonic PLC paired with a 7-inch MCGS touch screen, the system provides intuitive operation, reliable control, and consistent labeling performance for industrial battery production.
EV battery production, energy storage manufacturing, battery research labs, electronics assembly, and OEM-based fabrication units.
