The Semco SI-L 11C SM 18650 is a high-speed 11-channel automatic lithium-ion battery cell sorting machine engineered for precise grading of 18650, 18700, 21650, 21700, 26650, 26700, 32650, and 32700 cylindrical cells. The system automatically measures Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) and AC Internal Resistance (IR) to accurately classify cells into 10 sorting grades plus 1 NG (reject) channel, ensuring only electrically matched cells proceed to battery module and pack assembly. This significantly improves battery consistency, safety, performance, and cycle life.
