The Semco SI 10C MFSM (Multi-Function Sorting Machine) is a precision-engineered solution for automated sorting of cylindrical lithium battery cells including 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32700 formats. Designed for production lines and quality control environments, this system combines high throughput with exceptional sorting accuracy.

Operating with up to 4000 cells per hour, the machine measures open circuit voltage (OCV) and AC internal resistance (IR) to classify cells into 10 independent sorting channels, ensuring uniformity and consistency in downstream battery pack assembly. Integrated barcode scanning enables full traceability, linking each cell’s electrical parameters to its unique ID for data-driven quality control.

Built on a rigid frame using high-quality cold-rolled steel and aluminium profiles, the system delivers long-term stability, low vibration, and reliable performance.
