Aging Test Cabinet – High-Precision Multi-Channel Battery Pack Test System
The Aging Test Cabinet is a fully programmable, multi-channel system designed for aging, cycle life and performance testing of ternary, lithium iron phosphate, lead-acid, NiMH, NiCd and other battery packs. It supports both co-port and split-port battery packs with a 0–60 V adjustable voltage range and ±10 A current range, enabling precise CCCV charge/discharge control for production and R&D applications.
Each cabinet provides up to 40 completely independent channels, allowing free grouping and individual setting of charge, discharge and rest steps. The system integrates power supply, bi-directional AC/DC conversion, heat dissipation, data acquisition (cell, pack, current, temperature) and PC software into a modular design that is easy to expand and maintain.
Advanced hardware and software protections include anti-reverse connection, over-voltage, over-current, under-voltage, over-temperature, abnormal line detection and power-off continuation, ensuring safe, reliable long-term operation. Soft-start output eliminates current shocks, while detailed logs, Excel export and curve analysis (voltage, current, capacity, efficiency, cycles vs time) support in-depth evaluation of battery behavior throughout its lifecycle.
