Manual-Feed Single-Cell Battery Testing & Sorting Equipment

This equipment is engineered for accurate testing and sorting of individual batteries. Batteries are manually loaded into the feeding hopper and collected in 10 grades via manual receiving. The test station handles one battery at a time, while sorting is performed using a stepper motor that moves batteries one grid at a time, with a cylinder pushing each battery into the receiving gear. Controlled by a Xinjie PLC and a 15-inch touch screen, the system provides reliable operation, intuitive control, and consistent quality for industrial battery production lines.
