The Semco SI-D ES 5V 30A 192CH is a robust, regenerative battery cell testing and formation platform engineered for high-current lithium-ion cell manufacturing. Supporting 192 fully independent channels at 5V / 30A, the system is ideal for demanding formation, grading, and chemical composition processes in modern battery factories.

Each channel is equipped with its own isolated constant-current and constant-voltage source, ensuring stable operation without cross-interference. The system adopts four-wire Kelvin measurement, significantly improving voltage and current accuracy during both charging and discharging. With a high-speed sampling architecture, the entire cabinet inspection is completed within ≤6 seconds, supporting high-throughput production requirements.

The equipment features a modular structure for easy maintenance and strong versatility, while the quick push-clip fixture design allows batteries to be loaded on both sides, improving operational efficiency. A powerful Windows-based software platform enables up to 32 process steps and 256 cycles, real-time curve visualization, process library management, and centralized monitoring. With RS485/WiFi communication, one host computer can manage up to 10 devices, making the system highly scalable for large production lines.
