The Semco SI BCDS 100V 120A 4CH-Repower-2020 is a high-power, precision test system designed for life aging testing, performance evaluation and quality control of lithium-ion, lead-acid, NiCd and NiMH battery packs. It supports a wide range of tests including cycle life, capacity, charge/discharge characteristics, retention, efficiency, overcharge and over-discharge tolerance, making it suitable for both production lines and laboratory environments.

The main channel offers 0–100 V, ±120 A with 10 kW continuous power, supporting CC, CV, CCCV charging and CC/CP/CR discharge with seamless, no-impact transitions to protect cells and PCB. High-resolution 16-bit AD/DA, 1 mV / 1 mA resolution and <100 ms response ensure accurate capture of dynamic behavior. Optional 32 auxiliary voltage and 32 temperature channels enable detailed cell-level analysis, while DCIR testing and dynamic load protection help detect unstable or unsafe packs.

Comprehensive software and hardware protections cover over/under-voltage, over/under-current, over-temperature, trend and fluctuation anomalies, reverse connection, short/open circuit, with emergency cut-off and automatic recovery. The system supports RS232/USB/LAN, barcode binding, multi-level loop nesting (up to 9999 steps/cycles) and rich data presentation with Excel/TXT/chart export. Forced air cooling, low noise (<70 dBA), modular design and lifetime free software upgrades ensure long-term reliable operation and easy maintenance.
