Prismatic & Pouch – High-Precision Formation & Grading System
Eight-channel 5V/100A battery formation and testing system for prismatic and pouch cells, powered by 3-phase AC 380V with PF ≥0.99 and THD ≤5%. Each channel supports CC/CV/CP/CR, pulse, slope and DCIR testing with ±(0.05%RD + 0.05%FS) accuracy and 100 ms minimum data logging. Energy feedback, dual closed-loop control and full software/hardware protections ensure safe, efficient and traceable cell grading for mass production lines.
Semco SI-B CT 5V 100A 8CH – Advanced Formation & Grading for Prismatic & Pouch Cells
Semco SI-B CT 5V 100A 8CH (Prismatic & Pouch) is an industrial-grade battery formation and grading system designed for high-current testing of modern prismatic and pouch cells. With 8 fully independent channels (5V / 100A each), it supports flexible test development for formation, aging, capacity verification and DCIR analysis in production or R&D environments. The system runs on three-phase AC 380V ±10% / 50 Hz with total input power up to 5000 W, power factor ≥0.99 (above 30% load) and THD ≤5%, ensuring clean and efficient grid interaction.
Voltage and current loops use 16-bit AD/DA with ±(0.05%RD + 0.05%FS) accuracy and support a 0–5 V charge range and 1.5–5 V discharge range, with –100 A to +100 A current range and 300 mA minimum current, making it suitable for both high-capacity and precise low-current work. Advanced working modes include CC, CV, CCCV, CP, CR for charge and CC, CP, CR for discharge, plus pulse and ramp (slope) modes with 100 ms minimum pulse width. Process control allows up to 128 steps and 1–60000 cycles, with 100 ms minimum data record interval and flexible recording by time, voltage or current delta.

Discharge energy is fed back to the grid, and a dual closed-loop structure enables smooth CC–CV transition without current spikes, protecting sensitive cells. Comprehensive hardware and software protections cover reverse connection, short-circuit, poor contact, over/under voltage, current limits, capacity limit, power-off and offline data protection. Data is managed via SQL/MySQL/ACCESS and is MES-compatible, with rich curve plotting (V-t, I-t, Q-t, Q-V) and barcode-based traceability over TCP/IP (RJ45 10M–1000M). The compact cabinet (approx. 60 × 62 × 22 cm, IP20, cream grey) ships in a wooden case and integrates seamlessly into modern automated battery manufacturing lines.
