The Regenerative Battery Tester (20V–600V, 0.25A–50A, 30kW per channel, 60kW total) is engineered for high-end EV, ESS and industrial battery testing where accuracy, dynamic response and energy recovery matter. Powered from AC 380V ±10% with ≥99% power factor and ≤5% THDi at full load, it minimizes grid impact while maintaining stable operation. An IGBT-based power control module and three-phase four-wire input architecture deliver robust, efficient conversion, achieving up to 94% system efficiency and keeping noise below 75dB.
The tester supports precise charge and discharge from 0–600V (charge) and 10–600V (discharge), with voltage accuracy of ±0.02% FS and current accuracy of ±0.05% FS, both using 24-bit resolution and a four-wire sampling scheme on a shared charge/discharge port. Ultra-fast current response (≤5ms) and conversion time (≤10ms) make it suitable for dynamic profiles, step tests, and real driving or load simulations. With 0.1s minimum step time, it allows fine-grained test programming for validation, aging, cycle life, and performance characterization, while comprehensive input protections (surge, over/under-voltage, over/under-frequency, phase loss, etc.) secure both the equipment and the power network.
