High-speed automatic lithium cell sorting system integrating industrial PC, precision AC internal resistance tester (BT3562A), barcode/data management, hopper feeding and robotic binning. It accurately groups cells into up to 8 performance grades based on open-circuit voltage and AC IR, processing ≈600 cells/hour with ≥99% sorting accuracy, ≥98% sorting pass rate, strong traceability and full safety protections for pack-level consistency.
