The Semco SIT BCDS-V 100V 200A 1CH is a single-channel 20 kW battery charge–discharge platform designed for life aging (cycle life) and quality control of lithium-ion, lead-acid, Ni-Cd and Ni-MH packs. It runs from AC 380 V ±10%, 50 Hz, with power factor ≥99% and THD ≤5%, delivering 90% charging energy-saving efficiency and 88% discharge feedback to cut heat and operating cost. Forced-air cooling, dual-fan design, and independent box power supply ensure stable thermal and electrical performance.
On the DC side, the system supports 0–100 V charge and 10–100 V discharge with 0.1–200 A charge and 0.2–200 A discharge, giving ±0.05% voltage and ±0.1% current accuracy with 0.1 mV / 0.1 mA resolution. A true four-wire connection with independent voltage/current loops enables safe, spike-free CCCV transition, protecting high-value packs. Optional aux temperature (–20~120 °C, ±2 °C) and aux voltage (0–5 V, ±0.05% FS) channels can be bound to the main channel for precise thermal and cell-level monitoring.

The system supports CC, CV, CCCV, CPC, CD, CPD, DCCV modes with 50 steps per cycle and flexible cut-offs (V, I, time, capacity, temperature). Advanced software features include pause/resume, power-fail resume, barcode scanning, capacity sorting, Pass/NG judgment, LED binning, and MES docking via MySQL. Safety is reinforced with comprehensive reverse, over/under-V, over-I, over-T, short-circuit and trend-based protections, plus global parameter limits and detailed event logging. Communication uses CAN (equipment–intermediate PC) and TCP/IP LAN (intermediate–host) with isolated, lightning-protected ports, while the software offers lifetime free upgrades and full EXCEL report export. The 920×796×1700 mm cabinet (≈340 kg) with IP20 and IEC/EN compliance is built for demanding lab and production environments.
