Semco SI-Z BCDS 120V 50A 4CH – Advanced 120 V / 100 A Energy-Feedback Battery Test Platform
The Semco SI-Z BCDS 120V 50A 4CH is a high-precision, energy-feedback test system for cycle life, capacity, efficiency and DCIR testing of lithium and other battery packs. Operating from AC 380 V ±10%, it delivers 24 kW total output (6 kW per channel) with overall efficiency ≥92%, PF ≥0.99 and THD ≤5%, while keeping noise below 75 dB and protection level at IP20 with forced-air cooling.
On the DC side, each channel supports 0–120 V charging, 6–120 V discharging with –100~100 A current range, ±0.05% FS accuracy and 1 mV / 1 mA resolution. Fast dynamics are ensured by a 10 ms current response (10–90% FS) and 20 ms charge–discharge transition, and all channels are independently controllable. Integrated NTC auxiliary channels measure –30~120 °C with 0.1 °C resolution for precise thermal tracking.

The system supports standby, CC, CV, CCCV, CR, CP, DC, DP, DR and DCIR working modes with multi-condition cut-off (voltage, current, capacity, energy, time, power, cycle count, BMS data and custom logic). Communication is via TCP/IP host link plus Ethernet/CAN/485 with DBC import, enabling tight integration with BMS. Test data are stored in .bts database format, with tree-view browsing (cycle/step/record layers) and Excel/CSV export. Advanced protections cover grid, DC bus and battery side, including power-off data protection, breakpoint resume and historical file–based channel migration for long-term, high-reliability laboratory and production applications.
