The Semco SI-Y BCDS 50V (5A/10A) 35CH is a dedicated charge–discharge cycle test system for lithium battery packs used in electric tools, solar energy storage, twisted cars, scooters and e-bikes. It combines programmable CCCV charging, constant-current discharging and real-time capacity/data monitoring in a single integrated platform, making it ideal for R&D, production and QC.
The system supports 4.5–50 V battery packs with 50–5000 mA charge and 50–20000 mA discharge (up to 20 A below 25 V), delivering accuracy of ±(0.2% of reading + 0.2% of range) and capacity accuracy of ±1‰. It fully supports same-port and split-port interfaces including 2-wire (P+ P-), 3-wire (P+ P- C-) and CH+P+P- tool-battery protection structures, allowing verification of both charge and discharge protection behavior under real operating conditions.
Robust safety protection includes anti-reverse connection, power-down data protection, voltage upper/lower limit safeguards and safe discharge current limits. Single instruments or small groups connect via serial port, while larger systems use TCP/IP networking to control up to 30 instruments from one PC. The Windows-based upper-computer software (Win2000/XP/7/10) uses an SQL database for structured storage, fast querying and exporting (EXCEL, TXT, charts). Charging and aging curves can be viewed by barcode, time or equipment number, enabling clear traceability and precise analysis of battery performance over 1–999 loops and up to 100 steps per cycle.
