Semco AC Pulse Spot Welder – Semco SI MWN 3000A Table-Top Battery Pack & Metal Spot Welding System
The Semco SI MWN 3000A AC pulse spot welder is an industrial-grade, microcomputer-controlled welding system designed for power lithium-ion battery modules, 3C battery packs, Ni-MH packs, wire terminals, stainless steel parts, small hardware, metal jewellery, copper and aluminium products. Its double-spot horizontal pneumatic welding head delivers stable current and consistent nugget size for high-quality, repeatable welds in production and maintenance/prototyping applications.
Equipped with an independent spring-buffered welding needle design, the system allows precise adjustment of welding pressure (1–10 kg), needle length, pin spacing and head position. Intelligent control with an imported microcontroller provides microsecond-level response, digital parameter setting and multi-mode single, multi and double-pulse welding, including dual-section pulse shaping for stronger, cleaner and more aesthetic welds.
High-grade components such as alumina copper electrodes, pure copper welding cables and clamps, and a pure copper high-power transformer (3 kW / 7 kW / 12 kW options) ensure long-term, high-duty operation. The welder supports up to 3600 A welding current and is suitable for 0.02–0.2 mm nickel strips (power level dependent), with speeds up to 1 weld/second.
Integrated voltage abnormality alarm, stable industrial circuit design and robust pneumatic drive make the machine safe and reliable. The compact 640 × 200 × 360 mm, ~20 kg (7 kW) table-top unit is supplied with foot switch, power cable, air tube, welding needle and tools, and requires 220 V, 50/60 Hz and 2–8 Kgf compressed air. Preventive maintenance—polishing electrodes, checking fasteners, cleaning dust and lubricating moving parts—ensures long service life and consistent welding quality.
