Semco Battery Charge–Discharge Test System – 120V / 100A Energy-Feedback Platform
Advanced multi-channel test system for capacity, DCIR, cycle life and working-condition simulation of power battery packs. Using IGBT-based bidirectional energy feedback, high power factor (PF≈0.99) and low harmonics (<5%), it supports 5–120 V, up to 6 kW per channel, fast current response (<10 ms), rich protection, BMS/CAN communication and powerful PC software for data logging, analysis and CSV/Excel export.
Semco 120V Battery Charge–Discharge Test System – High-Precision Energy Feedback Platform for Power Battery R&D & Production
The Semco Battery Charge and Discharge Test System is designed for life aging, performance and reliability testing of power battery packs used in EV, ESS and industrial applications. It performs capacity, cycle life, DC internal resistance, working-condition simulation, temperature and efficiency tests, allowing full evaluation of electrical performance and pack consistency before dispatch.
Based on vector digital control (SVPWM) with IGBT and high-performance power quality control, the system achieves bidirectional energy flow between grid and battery with PF≈0.99 and THD <5%, minimizing power loss and grid pollution. The DC unit combines DSP fast processing and high-precision sampling to deliver ±0.05% FSR voltage/current accuracy, 1 mV / 1 mA resolution, and fast <10 ms current rise/fall and <20 ms charge–discharge transition.
It supports flexible charge/discharge modes: CC, CV, CCCV, CP, CR, ramp current, ramp power, pulse and condition simulation, plus one-step DCIR. The system offers 1–65535 cycles, >254 steps per cycle and up to 5-level nested loops, with multi-channel cut-off conditions based on total V/I, Ah/Wh, DCIR and BMS parameters (pack voltage, string voltage, ΔV, SOC, temperature).

Auxiliary voltage (0–5 V) and temperature (–40 to 120 °C) channels enable cell-level and chamber-level monitoring, supporting battery cell voltage/temperature tests and environmental correlation. The system integrates comprehensive protections: grid under/over-voltage, over-current, phase loss; output over-voltage/current/temperature; battery and cell over/under-voltage and reverse connection; plus power-off and emergency stop protection with breakpoint resume.
The Windows-based upper-computer software (Win7 and above) offers process editors, template saving, on-line parameter modification, real-time waveform display, historical data browsing and CSV/Excel/picture export, with multi-curve analysis (up to 4 curves) and fully customizable X/Y axes to optimize battery characterization and reporting.
