The Semco SI-B BCDS 30V 10A 32CH is a high-integration, 30 V / 10 A, 32-channel formation and cycle test system for battery packs, ideal for formation, grading, performance and life testing in production lines and labs. Each channel delivers up to 300 W with a current range of -10 A to +10 A, minimum current 30 mA, and 16-bit AD/DA measurement for precise control. Voltage and current accuracy reach ±(0.05%RD + 0.05%FS) with 0.1 s sampling, ensuring stable, repeatable test results.

Powered by three-phase AC 380 V (max 12 kW), the system offers power factor ≥0.99 and THD ≤5%, with overall conversion efficiency above 85%. It supports comprehensive charge modes (CC, CV, CCCV, constant power, constant resistance), discharge modes (CC, CP, CR), plus pulse and slope (ramp) charge/discharge, with configurable stop conditions (voltage, current, time, capacity, pulse count, ramp value). Each loop can contain up to 128 steps, with 1–60,000 cycles and step times up to 50×24 hours, making it suitable for long-term aging.
