The Neware Cell Tester 5V 6A–30A 8CH–32CH is a high-precision system for lithium cell R&D, pilot lines, and production QA. With configurations from 8 to 32 channels and a standalone option, it covers everything from coin/small pouch cells to higher-capacity cylindrical and prismatic cells.

It operates on AC 220V/110V ±10%, using 24-bit AD / 16-bit DA and ≥1MΩ input impedance for low-noise, accurate measurement. The tester adopts an independent CC/CV closed-loop structure, ensuring highly stable control for formation, cycle life, and rate tests.

Voltage range is 25 mV–5 V, with minimum discharge 1.0 V (universal holder) / 1.5 V (2 m cable) and ±0.05% FS accuracy and stability. Current has three ranges (0.5 mA–100 mA, 100 mA–3 A, 3 A–6 A) with ±0.05% FS accuracy, supporting both low-current precision tests and higher-rate cycling. Each channel delivers 30 W, ideal for small to medium cells used in EV sub-packs, power tools, and ESS modules.

Fast <1 ms response time enables dynamic and pulse profiles. Data is logged every 100 ms (10 Hz) with fine thresholds for voltage and current change, enabling detailed degradation and IR analysis. The system supports CC, CV, CCCV, CP, CR-ΔV cut-off, pulse testing (500 ms min), automatic charge–discharge switchingDCIR calculation, and up to 65,535 cycles / 254 steps / 3-level nesting.
