The Battery Testing System 5V 50µA–100mA is a precision-grade tester engineered for coin cells, microcells, and low-current research applications where ultra-low leakage and high accuracy are critical. Operating on AC 220V/110V ±10%, 50 Hz with only 40 W input power, it uses 16-bit AD/DA and ≥1 GΩ input resistance, ensuring extremely clean, low-noise measurement. Each channel is built with independent closed-loop constant current and constant voltage sources, delivering stable control across a wide dynamic range.

The system supports a CV output range of 10 mV–5 V and can measure down to -5 V discharge, with ±0.02% FS accuracy and ±0.02% FS stability—ideal for high-precision electrochemical studies. Current ranges are segmented into four precise windows: 0.2 µA–0.1 mA, 0.1–1 mA, 1–10 mA, and 10–100 mA, all with ±0.02% FS accuracy and ultra-low CV cut-off currents down to 0.1 µA. Per-channel power is 0.5 W with ±0.1% FS power stability, ensuring consistent small-signal testing.

With a current response time ≤1.5 ms (10–90% FS) and flexible step durations up to 365×24 hours/step, the system can emulate long-term cycling or fine transient profiles. Data recording is highly granular: 10 ms minimum time interval, 5 mV minimum voltage change, and 0.1 µA minimum current resolution in the lowest range, at 10 Hz logging. The tester supports advanced charge (CC, CV, CCCV, CP) and discharge (CC, CP, CR, CCCV, CV) modes with robust cut-off conditions based on voltage, current, relative time, capacity, -ΔV, and includes pulse testing (≥500 ms, up to 32 cycles) with automatic charge–discharge switching. Integrated DCIR calculation via BTSDA software and support for up to 65,535 cycles, 254 steps, and 3-level nesting make it a powerful tool for lifetime, performance, and diagnostic studies of low-current cells.
