The Semco SI BCDS 34V 30A 8CH is a storage battery charge–discharge tester designed for lead-acid and lithium batteries in the 7–34 V range. With 8 fully independent channels, it allows simultaneous testing of up to 8 batteries, each with programmable charge/discharge conditions for production, R&D and quality inspection.
Each channel supports max. 20 A charge and 30 A discharge, with fine control from 0.5 A and minimum charge cut-off current of 0.1 A. Voltage accuracy is ±0.05 V (charge) and ±0.03 V (discharge), ensuring reliable capacity and performance evaluation. The tester offers constant-current & constant-voltage charging and constant-current discharging, with flexible cut-off conditions based on voltage, current, time, capacity, temperature and temperature rising rate.
Built-in protections include power-down protection, reverse connection, over-temperature, over-voltage and short-circuit protection, plus AC1000V/2 min insulation between channels for safety. Temperature monitoring from 0–65°C, low noise (<76 dB) and 4-core wire sampling improve measurement stability.
The system communicates with the host PC via TCP/IP (LAN), supports Excel report output, and is compatible with Windows XP/7/8/10.
