Technical Excellence

Container Assembly Line

The Container Assembly Line is a fully integrated system designed to streamline the final assembly of containerized battery energy storage systems. Developed by Semco Infratech, this automated production line ensures efficient installation, testing, and integration of battery packs, electrical components, and cooling systems within energy storage containers.

The assembly process begins with empty container loading, followed by inspection and cleaning to ensure a safe and contamination-free environment. Control cabinet insulation verification is performed to guarantee electrical safety before moving to piping installation and air-tightness testing.

Next, high-voltage wiring and pack loading systems are integrated into the container. The system then performs liquid cooling injection to maintain optimal thermal management for battery operation. Once assembly is completed, the container undergoes capacity testing to verify energy performance and reliability.

Finally, the container enters the IP testing room, where ingress protection tests ensure the system meets environmental safety standards. After all inspections and testing are successfully completed, the containerized energy storage system is ready for deployment in industrial and grid applications.
