The Semco SI ES 5V 6A 512CH / SI CT 5V 6A 512CH is a large-scale, high-channel-count lithium battery testing system engineered for mass production environments where accuracy, consistency, and safety are critical. Featuring 512 fully independent channels, the system enables simultaneous constant-current and constant-voltage charging, as well as controlled discharging, across hundreds of cells without cross-interference.

Each channel is built around Semco’s patented CC–CV power supply architecture, ensuring a smooth, no-impact transition between constant current and constant voltage modes. This design is especially suitable for lithium-ion batteries, effectively preventing voltage or current spikes that could damage cells during formation or testing.

The system uses a four-wire Kelvin connection with soft-start control to guarantee precise voltage and current sampling while maintaining safe and stable operation. With Ethernet-based communication, the equipment supports real-time remote monitoring, centralized data acquisition, and network-based operation, allowing seamless integration into modern smart factories.
