The Semco SIT BCDS-V 100V 200A 1CH is a high-end, energy-feedback test system designed for life aging and quality control of lithium-ion, lead-acid, NiCd and NiMH battery packs. It delivers 0–100 V and 0.1–200 A with 20 kW single-channel power, achieving 90% charging energy-saving efficiency and 88% discharge feedback efficiency, significantly cutting operating costs and heat generation.
A four-wire connection with independent voltage and current loops ensures smooth, spike-free CCCV transitions, while precision calibration (voltage accuracy ±0.05%, current accuracy ±0.1%, resolution down to 0.1 mV / 0.1 mA) guarantees reliable measurement. Forced-air cooling with dual fans and optimized air ducts maintains stable performance across 0–45°C, and each box is powered independently to improve system stability and safety.
The system supports CC/CV/CCCV/CPC charging and CC/CD/CPD/DCCV discharge, same-port and split-port test modes, and modular circuit design for easy maintenance. Optional auxiliary temperature (-20–120°C) and auxiliary voltage (0–5 V) channels can be bound to the main channel for detailed monitoring.
