Semco SI CT 5V 300A 4CH – 1500 W Per Channel High-Current Cell Testing System
The Semco SI CT 5V 300A 4CH – Neware-2020 (LAB) CT 4004 is a high-end storage cell charge–discharge and pulse testing platform built for demanding R&D and lab environments. Working from AC 380 V ±10%, 50 Hz, it provides 4 channels, each delivering up to 1500 W with 1.5–300 A current capability and 0.025–5 V CV range, making it suitable for high-rate cylindrical, pouch and prismatic cell testing.
With 16-bit AD/DA resolution, ±0.1% FS accuracy on both voltage and current, and a minimum data record interval of 100 ms, the system supports precise CC, CV, CCCV, CP charge and CC, CP, CR discharge. Pulse testing is supported down to 500 ms pulse width, with up to 32 charge–discharge pulses per sequence and full cut-off control by voltage, current, Δtime, capacity and ΔV. DCIR measurement is integrated, and channels can be paralleled for higher current (pulse disabled in parallel).
