The Semco SI ES 5V 10A 512CH is a high-capacity, energy-regenerative battery cell testing platform engineered for mass production environments where throughput, consistency, and operating cost are critical. Featuring 512 fully independent channels, each cell is charged and discharged with its own dedicated constant-current and constant-voltage power loop, eliminating cross-channel interference and ensuring uniform results across the entire cabinet.
The system employs Semco’s patented CC–CV no-impact transition technology, enabling smooth, spike-free switching between constant current and constant voltage modes—an essential requirement for lithium-ion cell safety and longevity. A four-wire Kelvin connection ensures precise voltage and current sampling with soft-start behavior, preventing peak damage during charging.
With regenerative discharge capability, energy released during testing is fed back to the grid, significantly reducing heat generation and power consumption. Ethernet-based communication enables stable remote monitoring, centralized data acquisition, and real-time control from the production network, making this system ideal for giga-scale cell manufacturing lines.
