EOL TESTER
Current battery module and pack testing process is lowly automated, and the record analysis is in poor capabilities. Aimed at these problems, SEMCO HYNN proposed a fully intelligent tester, EOL test system. The system integrates insulation testing, BMS calibration, OCV testing and other functions to achieve the entire workflow fully intelligent and automated, in order to reduce labor cost and improve efficiency.

The EOL tester can test the insulation and voltage endurance of positive and negative poles of battery and its shell, record the real-time insulation resistance and leakage current value of positive and negative poles on the shell, and transmit to upper computer management system in the manner of communication for data integration, revelation, and preservation.

The EOL tester can test AC impedance of the battery, record the real-time value of AC impedance in the process of testing, and transmit to upper computer management system in the manner of communication for data integration, revelation and preservation.

The EOL tester offers controlled DC power supply with an output range of 0 - 30 V and an output current of 5 A and sets up the DC current output through the upper computer management system in the manner of communication.

The EOL tester offers multichannel CAN communication interface, as well as BMS status expansion interface, capable of carrying out two-way communication with BMS system and simulating and testing various functions of battery pack BMS, and conducts data integration, revelation, and preservation through upper computer management system.

Upper computer management system
The upper computer management system offers editing function for testing procedure, conducts editing configuration of the procedure required to be tested, and preserves it as a document in local area. According to preset test procedure, the upper computer management system automatically starts the test procedure, automatically controls the start, stop and running of scanning gun, charging and discharging tester, comprehensive tester, in-process inspection and other equipment, and collects all kinds of real-time and computing parameters transmitted from charging and discharging tester, comprehensive tester, single unit in-process inspection device, and BMS system and integrate them to form the test report and record.
